Heart of Delaware CPR, LLC will not willingly share personal information with any third party other than the certifying entity without court order. We kindly ask that you do the same.

 

Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

Attendance:

Our Classes start on time.

The classroom is open 20 minutes before class and closed at the start of the class.

We have the right to turn anyone away for being late.

No refunds will be issued for "No Show" on the day of class.

 

Rescheduling:

If you would like to reschedule a class, there is no fee. However, rescheduling requires 24 hour notice before the start time of the originally booked class. When communicating the request a replacement class date must be provided. Please be sure to look at the website for availability for the rescheduled class. Note: If the rescheduled class is not attended, a refund will not be provided.

 

Cancellation:

Cancellations require 24 hour notice. A 25% administration fee will be applied to all cancellation refunds. A refund check will be mailed to the address provided when booking the original class, minus the 25% administration fee.

 

There are no refunds for special request classes. (examples: off-site, specialized material, etc.)
